Alhamdulillah, It has been long time since i try to run this afternoon. This is not remarkable achievement,but at the least, this is step for me to start run again. Honesty since couple week ago, i really have no time to run, of course my duty on project and the project very close to dead line.
But this afternoon, i success to run through 3.2 miles. But it not at one periode, between 3.2 mile, i take rest 2 times. First i accomplish 1.9 miles then i stop my endomondo, suddenly very close with my rest place, i found I ice juice shop, so i take one glass of Watermelon juice.
10 Minutes later, i continue my run while i start my Endomondo. Run after drink make me feel something weird in my chest, there is something pull on my right chest. So i cant run continued, after 15 minutes, i decide to take a rest at the warung bakso.
I request one cup of bakso urat and one glass of young coconut ice. May be this is my first time running with saturated stomach, then i accomplish my remain rute. Not so far but this is make me fresh. Lets to Run.
